The 19mm thick chrome coated flat plate is smooth for easy cleaning and better cooking. Large zinc alloy knobs coated in chrome to adjust flame level on each burner individually.Easy To Clean And ServiceThe flat griddle on RCG-36C can easily be lifted off for servicing.
